This article analyzes the artistic installations by Yayoi Kusama and Olafur Eliasson present at Instituto Inhotim, in Brumadinho (MG), based on the concept of rhizome proposed by Deleuze and Guattari. The study understands Inhotim as a cultural territory and contemporary space of aesthetic experience, in which art, nature, spatiality and spectator establish multiple and decentralized relations. Methodologically, the research has a qualitative approach, grounded in bibliographic survey, interpretative analysis and hermeneutic-dialectical perspective, taking the artistic installations as the object of analysis. The reflections show that the selected works produce immersive and sensory experiences that go beyond passive contemplation, promoting interactions between work, space and public through rhizomatic connections. It is concluded that contemporary exhibition spaces are configured as environments of cultural mediation and production of meanings.
